Meet the MakeDSM Facilitator Leisa Fox

Leisa Fox is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of leading new business development and developing collaborative business relationships and networks.

An insightful marketing innovator and business strategist with a reputation for identifying and leveraging new business development opportunities and expanding market presence and market share her strong community and social services background with expansive networks throughout Iowa and the country, Leisa spent the first half of her career in sales, from office furniture to property casualty insurance. Through that work, she was recruited to lead the Iowa Association of Business and Industry’s revenue efforts.

While at ABI she increased membership by one third and more than doubled revenues. Most recently she ran Youth Emergency Service & Shelter where she guided them through a merger with another agency and worked herself out of a job. Today, she runs Fox Growth Strategies, a boutique fractional business development firm.
